Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of February, 2018, Vincent Weirick and Marsha Kilgore were appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Michael L. Weirick, who died on January 7, 2018.
All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
