Notice is hereby given that Julia L. Schultz was on the 25th day of March, 2019, appointed personal representative of the estate of Philip J. Spear, deceased, who died on March 7, 2019.
All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
