Notice is given that on the 9th day of January, 2018, Richard J. Long, was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Rex Allen Long, who died June 14, 2017, without a will.
All persons who have claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
