Notice is hereby given that Dan R. McClone was on the 14th day of September, 2017, appointed personal representative of the estate of Esther J. Orcutt, deceased, who died on April 20, 2017.
All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
