It's like magic! It's like Orwell's 1984 memory hole was transported to the 3rd congressional district.When I turn on the radio in the morning or local TV I hear many names that are running for the 3rd district congressional seat. But for the life of me I have only heard my name in the Times-Union and once on WANE-TV.
We hear lots about a disgraced congressman brought down for what is common activity in politics and every other area of society. It's less common to be moral than immoral. What ever happened to the adage of casting the first stone? Souder's real crimes that effect you and me are:
1.Disregard for separation of Church and state. Grants to religious schools. Take the profit out of religion and most churches would empty real fast.
2. Christian Zionists like Souder are more patriotic to Israel than their own country.
3. Souder rubber stamped the invasion and occupation of countries that did the U.S. no harm following the war criminal George Bush like a trained seal.
4. Souder collected most of his funds from corrupt corporations and the bankers laundered of course through PAC committees. He can also bank all the money in his personal account he raised for this defunct campaign.
Smoochy, Smoochy in the back seat of a taxpayer supported car is less than small potatoes in comparison.
As far as I am concerned every congressman and senator in La Cess Pool Grandee is an unindicted felon for voting for any bailouts. Come to think of it maybe I am lucky to be the candidate that the corporate media want to pretend doesn't even exist.
