United Way Started ‘Good Night Boxes’United Way of Kosciusko County has started an initiative called “Good Night Boxes.” The boxes are provided to young children entering a shelter or foster care for the first time. These boxes are filled with a homemade blanket, a stuffed animal, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, books, crayons and a coloring book and other comfort items.
Delta Theta Tau Sorority has made and given taggies and quilts for this initiative. Currently, the sorority sisters are making fleece blankets. The sorority sisters recently donated $200 to United?Way to purchase supplemental items for the boxes.
