Public Notice The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) and the City of Warsaw Sewer Use Ordinance (SUO) (Section 78-246 (G), require the City of Warsaw Pretreatment Office to publish annually a list of Significant Industrial Users (SIU's) who have violated the terms of their permit requirements and were at some time during the year in Significant Non-Compliance. . Therefore, the City of Warsaw is providing notification that the following industrial users were determined to be in significant non-compliance with applicable pretreatment requirements at some time during the calendar year 2013. •Dalton Corporation •The Flexaust Company •Warsaw Chemical •Symmetry - Othy DOC •Culligan Water Conditioning •Whimet Since the non-compliance issue these companies have investigated the cause and applied corrective action to the issue or, are continuing the investigation of the violation and will apply corrective action to eliminate or greatly reduce the probability of a same occurring violation. 2-13 hspaxlp
