Commonly known as: 802 Sharon St., Winona Lake, Indiana That said defendants, cannot be found within this State and present whereabouts are unknown; and personal services on said defendants, Jennifer L. Ebey and George H. Ebey, II, therefore is not practicable and have not voluntarily appeared in this action, it is ORDERED: That defendants, Jennifer L. Ebey and George H. Ebey, II, herein is hereby directed to appear, plead, answer or otherwise move with respect to the Complaint herein, on or before 21 days from the last date of publication, or be in default thereof, and this Court will thereafter proceed in the adjudication of this suit; and it is further ORDERED: That this be published within the Warsaw Times-Union once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, beginning no later than 28 days from the date of this order.
