On motion of plaintiff, United States of America, for an order directing Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Successors, Executors, Administrators, Personal Representatives, Guardians, Trustees, Receivers, Grantees and Lessees of Teddy Wayne Harman a/k/a Teddy W. Harman (Deceased) and Unknown Owners and Non-record Claimants, defendants herein, to appear, plead, or answer in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Title 28 of the United States Code, and it appearing to the Court that this is an action to enforce a lien upon real property located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, within this district and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Situated in the State of Indiana, County of Kosciusko. The South Halves of Lots No. 85 and 86 in Mount Memorial Addition to Winona Park, now within the corporate limits of the City of Warsaw. Commonly known as: 2017 East Jefferson Street Warsaw, Indiana 46580 That said defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Successors, Executors, Administrators, Personal Representatives, Guardians, Trustees, Receivers, Grantees and Lessees of Teddy Wayne Harman a/k/a Teddy W. Harman (Deceased) and Unknown Owners and Non-record Claimants cannot be found within this State and present whereabouts are unknown; and personal service on said defendants Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Successors, Executors, Administrators, Personal Representatives, Guardians, Trustees, Receivers, Grantees and Lessees of Teddy Wayne Harman a/k/a Teddy W. Harman (Deceased) and Unknown Owners and Non-record Claimants, therefore is not practicable and have not voluntarily appeared in this action, it is ORDERED: That defendants Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Successors, Executors, Administrators, Personal Representatives, Guardians, Trustees, Receivers, Grantees and Lessees of Teddy Wayne Harman a/k/a Teddy W. Harman (Deceased) and Unknown Owners and Non-record Claimants, herein are hereby directed to appear, plead, answer or otherwise move with respect to the Complaint herein, on or before the 26th day of March 2009, or be in default thereof, and this Court will thereafter proceed in the adjudication of this suit; and it is further ORDERED: That this Order be published in the Warsaw Times-Union in Warsaw, Indiana once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, beginning no later than January 23, 2009.
