PUBLIC NOTICE The United States Environmental Protection Agency, The Indiana Department of Environmental Management and the City of Warsaw Sewer Use Ordinance (Section 78-246 (f)), require that the City of Warsaw Pretreatment Office publish annually a list of Significant Industrial Users who have violated the terms of their permit requirements and were at some time during the year in Significant Non-Compliance. Therefore, the City of Warsaw is providing notification that the following industrial users were determined to be in significant non-compliance with applicable pretreatment requirements at some time during calendar year 2008 . • Warsaw Foundry Company The significant non-compliance events by these industrial users were related to exceeding the City's local effiuent limitations contained in Sec. 78-243(b)(5) of the Warsaw City Code. j27
