What is it going to take to get the United Nations to act on the problem we are witnessing in the Gaza Strip? Are they going to continue to let it increase in violence?
Does anyone give any thought to the possibility of it turning into WW III?
I was so impressed with the idea of a U.N. being formed shortly after WW II. Finally, the world was considering the thought of preventing wars before they could reach a boiling point. What will have to be done to get our own federal government in D.C. to wake up or face the fact that the U.N. is a virtual failure, all talk and no action?
I would suggest they kick them out of that beautiful building in New York and perhaps turn it into a senior center. Makes sense to me. Does anyone think that might be a better use?
I joke about it but, seriously, the whole world had better wake up before it is too late. God forbid that this situation be allowed to continue.
