Notice of Public Hearing Upon Petition for Vacation of Public Way Notice is hereby given that Indiana Conference UMC has filed a verified petition with the Kosciusko County Commissioners seeking the vacation of 5 public ways. The petition is set for hearing before Kosciusko County Commissioners on the 26th of August, 2014 at 9:15 am. The hearing will be held in the Old Courtroom on the 3rd floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, located at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, IN. A copy of the petition, including a map, is on file in the Office of the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
