Two Warsaw men are facing drug dealing charges after they allegedly sold drugs to a police informant.
Kyle Steven Ousley, 27, of 2494 N. Grandview Drive, Warsaw, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 7:13 a.m. Thursday and faces charges for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. His bond was set at $40,750.
Austin Lee King, 29, of 2441 W. CR 250S, lot 87, Warsaw, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 1:56 p.m. Sept. 23 and faces charges for dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony.
According to the probable cause affidavit for King’s case filed Wednesday in Kosciusko Circuit Court, sometime in September a NET 43 undercover informant told investigators they could meet at an area gas station and buy meth.
The informant wore an audio/video recording device on their person and, according to the affidavit, went to a local gas station and got into a vehicle being driven by King, with Ousley in the passenger seat. King allegedly took the funds, and Ousley handed over 7.08 grams of meth.
