A two-motorcycle accident occurred at the intersection of Packerton Road and CR 225S in Warsaw Sunday at 11:48 a.m.
Brenda N. Prater and James E. Prater were traveling south on Packerton Road. James was following Brenda.
James Wolf was traveling east on CR 225S in the area of Packerton Road.
According to information from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Brenda stated that she was stopped at the intersection of Packerton Road and CR 225S.
A vehicle that Wolf was following entered the intersection and continued to travel east. After that vehicle left the intersection, James and Brenda started to enter the intersection.
As Brenda and James entered the intersection Wolf started to enter the intersection as well. After starting to enter the intersection Wolf stated he stopped once he saw James and Brenda entering the intersection from the north.
As Brenda saw Wolf start to enter the intersection, Brenda started to stop to avoid hitting Wolf. James struck Brenda in the rear when Brenda started to stop.
After the impact, Brenda and James’s motorcycles fell over, causing injuries to Brenda and James.
