According to Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Sgt. The area of Ind. 15 was shut down to traffic briefly while crews worked the scene.

Responding agencies included KCSO, Silver Lake and Claypool fire departments, Lutheran EMS, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, Lutheran Air Ambulance (disregarded) and Parkview Samarian Air Ambulance.
