Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputy James Marshal worked the scene of a two-car collision at the intersection of Ind. 25S and CR 100S, Warsaw, Saturday around noon.
Debra Spencer, 59, South Ind. 19, Mentone, stopped her 2012 Nissan Cube at the stop sign at CR 100S and Ind. 25. According to the police report, Spencer did not see Charlene Marshall, 41, of North Morgan Street, Mentone, driving northbound on Ind. 25.
Emergency personnel worked to extract Charlene Marshall from her 1994 Ford Mustang. Both Spencer and Charlene Marshall were injured.
Spencer complained of lower leg pain and Charlene Marshall complained of abdomen and pelvic pain. Damages were estimated at $25,000 to $50,000.
