A collision between a horse and buggy and a car Sunday night has left two men in stable condition in Kosciusko Community Hospital today.
Ervin D. Miller, 19, of West CR 750N, Etna Green, and Edward Miller Jr., also of Etna Green, suffered fractured legs after a collision with a car driven by William G. Frederick, 26, of North CR 800W.
Ervin Miller told police that as his buggy approached the intersection of CR 900N and CR 425W near Leesburg, his horse would not respond to his command to stop. The buggy entered the intersection directly in the path of Frederick's car.
Frederick suffered unspecified injuries and was treated and released.
