Baldemar Robles, 38, Leesburg, was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday on charges of dealing cocaine. The grand jury convened in Fort Wayne. Robles was arrested in February as a part of a alleged cocaine ring and arrested in 2005 on related charges. Also indicted was Jennifer Santiago, 32, Milford, for allegedly selling cocaine and arranging the sale of a gun at her home.
