Two Face Meth Charges

A drug arrest Tuesday night led to officers finding at least one stolen four-wheeler.

Steven Gary Rourke, 38, of 1388 E. CR 700S, Warsaw, was arrested for dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $10,000.

Jerry Martin Hall, 33, of 7532 N. CR 300E, Milford, also was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance. He is being held on a $2,000 bond.

According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, officers from the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and sheriff's deputies went to Rourke's residence around 10:38 p.m. to serve a search warrant.

During the investigation, officers found produced methamphetamine, many items associated with the production of meth and various stolen items. Three all-terrain vehicles were found at the residence and at least one of them was determined to be stolen.

According to the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force, the arrests are the result of a two-month-long investigation, and other charges are probable.
