Two Claypool Men Charged with Making Meth Near School

Kaleb Hobbs and Richard Reynolds were in Kosciusko County Circuit Court this morning for their initial hearings.
The two were picked up Sunday morning at 6:30 a.m. at 419 S. Maple St., Warsaw, for manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of Lakeview Middle School.
Hobbs and Reynolds were read their rights and given their charging information.
Reynolds was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, a Class A felony, possession of two or more chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture within 1,000 feet of a school, a Class C felony, possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, a Class C felony, and possession of marijuana in excess of 30 grams, a Class D felony.
Hobbs was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, a Class A felony, and possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, a Class B felony.
Both men were issued $100,000 bond surety only.
Their next appearance in court will be Feb. 20 at 1:30 p.m.
