Two area men are in Kosciusko County Jail this morning preliminarily charged in separate counts of child molestation.
Rick Allen Flynn, 32, of 9431 E. Doswell St., Cromwell, is being held on $5,000 bond charged with molesting a 14-year-old girl. Flynn allegedly fondled the girl's breasts through her clothing.
The alleged incident occurred in May at Flynn's residence.
Paul Wayne Fitzpatrick, 42, of 107 N. Indiana St., Sidney, is being held on $10,000 bond charged with molesting a 12-year-old girl and her 10-year-old brother.
The police report alleges Fitzpatrick fondled the girl while she spent the night at his residence. The report states Fitzpatrick molested the boy 10 times while the child was in his care.
