Two candidates have filed so far for the three open seats on the Tippecanoe Valley School Board.
Those two candidates are: Bryan D. Murphy, 784 N. Ind. 19, Akron, and Rod L. Eaton, 5943 N. CR 600E, Rochester.
Candidate filing for the primary election began Jan. 23 and ends Friday at noon.
Other candidates who have filed since last Thursday include:
• Scott Township board: Democrat Thomas A. Beeson, 7258 W. CR 800N, Nappanee.
• Washington Township board: Republican James A. Craig, 2719 S. CR 600E, Pierceton.
• Wayne Township board: Republican Brenda Sanders, 1807 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw.
• Etna Township board: Republican Joe R. Mooney, 9491 W. CR 225N, Etna Green; Republican Myron L. Vining, 9676 W. CR 450N, Etna Green.
• Prairie Township board: Republican Gordon R. Drake, 5081 N. CR 500W, Warsaw.
• Harrison 3 precinct committeeman: Republican Kent Riner, 3106 Ind. 25, Mentone.
