Two Busted On Drug Charges The Warsaw SWAT team assisted NET 43 with a search warrant Thursday, resulting in two arrests and multiple narcotics being seized.
According to Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Sgt. Chris Francis, following several controlled narcotic purchases and months of covert surveillance, NET 43 and Warsaw Police Department SWAT executed a search warrant at 418 S. Union St., Apt. B, at 9:53 p.m. Thursday.
Inside the apartment, officers apprehended Rick Kensinger, 39, of Warsaw; and Lee Ann Lowrance, 36, of Warsaw. Police seized 25.57 grams of methamphetamine, 29.66 grams of morphine, 9.7 grams of heroin and 0.2 grams of fentanyl. The drugs had an approximate street value of $3,064.
Kensinger is charged with dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance. His bond was set at $60,250.
Lowrance is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance. Her bond was set at $25,250.
