SYRACUSE - Two people were arrested Thursday when police executed a search warrant at a Syracuse residence. Charges are pending against two others.
Randy D. Harris, 50, and Tamra K. Leichtman, 42, both of 154 N. Oakland Ave., Nappanee, were charged with possession of a controlled substance and intent to manufacture methamphetamine, according to a press release from the Syracuse Police Department.
During the search, police uncovered methamphetamine and several ingredients used to manufacture methamphetamine.
Two other people also were present at the time the search warrant was served. Information was forwarded to the prosecutor's office for review of possible charges against them.
