Principal Nancy Alspaugh, of Manchester Junior-Senior High School, announced David Cable has been named a commended student in the 2008 National Merit Scholarship Program.
Principal Parrish Kruger, of Whitko High School, also announced Thomas E. Winget has been named a commended student in the program.
