AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley And Whitko school corporations announced their 2012-2013 registration dates and times.
Registration for any Tippecanoe Valley school will be held at each school from noon to 8 p.m. Aug. 1-2.
At TVHS, students entering grades 11 and 12 are asked to register Aug. 1. Students entering grades 9 and 10 are asked to register Aug. 2.
High school students new to the district are to contact the high school office at 574-353-7031, Ext. 2420, beginning Aug. 1, to schedule an appointment. Appointments will be made for Aug. 13-15, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The first student day of the 2012-2013 school year for Tippecanoe valley is Aug. 17.
For Whitko, there is no formal registration for returning students at Whitko Middle or High School. After Aug. 6, new students may stop in the office during the week to register.
At Pierceton Elementary School, parents of preschool through fifth-grade students can register Aug. 8 from noon to 6 p.m., and Aug. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
At South Whitley Elementary School, preschool through fifth-grade students will enroll from noon to 6 p.m. Aug. 6 and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 7.
Students may enroll in kindergarten during that time if they have reached 5 years old before Aug. 1.
Sixth-grade orientation at WMS in Larwill is Aug. 9 at 6 p.m.
