NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the pr oper officers of said unit at Fire Station #2, Syracuse on August 8, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. will conduct a pub lic hearing on the year 2012 budget. Following this meeting any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, t ax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the political subdivis ion within seven days after the hearing. The objection petition must identify the provisions of the budget, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdivision shall adopt wit h its budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following the aforementioned hearin g, the Fiscal Body will meet at Fire Station #2, Syracuse on September 12 2011, at 7:00 p.m. to adopt the fol
