NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana that the proper legal officer of Turkey Creek Township at their regular meeting place, at 8138 E. McClintic Road, Syracuse, Indiana 46567, at 7:00 pm on the 8th day of September, 2009, will consider the following additional appropriations: W.S. Darley & Co. $2,098.50 Kay Equipment 7,591.15 Hosier Fire Equipment 39,014.68 B.P. Heating & Cooling Inc 17,663.00 Heiman Equipment Inc. 140.44 TOTAL ALL APPROPRIATIONS 66,507.77 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
