COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO TURKEY CREEK REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING The Kosciusko County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on July 1, 2014 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana to provide interested citizens an opportunity to express their views on the recently completed Turkey Creek Regional Sewer District’s Water Utility Preliminary Engineering Study. The Water Utility Preliminary Engineering Report was paid for using Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. Representatives from the engineering firm, Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd. will present their findings and recommendations at the hearing. Every effort will be made to allow persons to voice their opinions at the public hearing.
