Workmen try to clear flooding at an apartment complex on Walter Way near Oak Glen Drive Tuesday morning. Overnight rains caused the shallow stream that runs along the parking lot to overflow.
Once the water was low enough, a car was revealed to have slid into the stream. Police had the vehicle towed out at 1:20 p.m.
