Tucker Awarded Poultry Industry Award

LEESBURG –Maple Leaf Farms CEO Scott Tucker recently was awarded the 2026 Golden Egg Award from the Indiana State Poultry Association (ISPA).
The ISPA Golden Egg Award honors individuals who have gone above and beyond in their service to the poultry industry in Indiana, according to a provided news release. The winner is selected by members of the ISPA Board of Directors, and the award is presented during the organization’s annual banquet.
Joe Miller, the 2025 Golden Egg Award recipient, presented Tucker with the award during the 2026 ISPA banquet. In his presentation, he lauded Tucker for his longtime support of the ISPA and leadership on the organization's board. He praised Tucker for his continued support of Indiana's poultry industry and commitment to agriculture.
Tucker follows in his father's footsteps as Terry Tucker was the first Golden Egg honoree back in 2000. The list of past award winners is distinguished and includes several individuals who have positively impacted Indiana’s poultry and agricultural industries, the release states.
Indiana Gov. Mike Braun was in attendance at the ISPA Banquet and personally congratulated Tucker on his award.
