James David Truex and Donna Jane Robinson Truex are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary today.
They were married in Warsaw on June 26, 1948.
They are the parents of Raymond (Tina) Truex, Ronald (Mindy) Truex and Dara (Mike) Long, all of Warsaw. They have 19 grandchildren, 21 grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Jim retired from Creighton Brothers after 50 years of service. Donna Jane retired after 27 years at Warsaw Community Schools, where she was employed as a sub, then full time at Leesburg, then transferring to Atwood Elementary school, in the cafeteria.
