Two teen-agers were injured this morning when the mo-ped they were on was struck by a pickup at the intersection of Main and Tamarack streets in Warsaw. Dustin Cordill, 16, of North CR 175E, Warsaw, complained of elbow pain and was treated at Kosciusko Community Hospital and released. A passenger on the mo-ped, Kristina Baldridge, 15, Aspen Court, Warsaw, complained of knee pain and was being treated at KCH late this morning. According to a Warsaw Police Department report, Cordill was driving the mo-ped westbound on Main Street when it was struck by a pickup driven by Todd Shepherd, 30, East Main Street, Warsaw. Shepherd told police he stopped at the stop sign before proceeding through the intersection and he didn't see the mo-ped. A witness told police she was westbound behind the mo-ped when she saw Shepherd's truck pull out into its path. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union
