The Troyer Group is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: North Pointe Drive Rehabilitation. Located in Wayne Township, Section 4, T-32-N, R-6-E, Kosciusko County. This project consists of construction of a new sidewalk, and roadway enhancements. Much of the existing storm drainage surface drains into an on-site basin. The receiving water for this project is Deeds Creek which flows to Pike Lake, tot he Tippecanoe River.
