Steve Rhodes, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kosciusko REMC, recently announced that Troy Cozad has joined the cooperative as communications specialist based in the Warsaw office.
In his new position Cozad will coordinate media, member and employee communications as well as community relations activities for the cooperative.
Kosciusko REMC is a Touchstone Energy electric cooperative that serves more than 17,000 customers throughout Kosciusko County and into surrounding counties.
“Troy’s extensive professional background and experience will greatly benefit the many communications and community programs we conduct for all the respective audiences affiliated with our cooperative,” said Emily Cowan, KREMC Manager of Marketing and Customer Service.
Cozad has more than 30 years of professional communications experience, most recently as corporate communications manager at Zimmer, Inc. in Warsaw. He graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a bachelor’s in Journalism and earned an MBA from Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne.
