BOURBON – For the second time in as many days, Triton bolted out to an early lead over North Judson. Unlike Monday’s baseball game, the Trojans didn’t allow a comeback as Triton completed the two-game Hoosier North Athletic Conference sweep with a 10-3 home win Tuesday. Zac Pitney scattered 13 hits over his seven-inning pitching effort, striking out nine and getting the win. He also had three hits, including a home run and a double, scored three times and drove in three runs. Nate Flenar had a pair of two-baggers among his three hits, scored twice and drove in two. Billy Smith also had three hits for the Trojans. The Trojans will host Winamac on Friday.
