NOTICE TO BIDDERS Triton School Corporation Wawasee Community School Corporation Notice is hereby given that sealed responses will be received to a Request For Proposal (RFP) for third party purchasing services for food service food, supplies, and materials that meet or exceed all state and federal guidelines. There are multiple school districts participating in this request and that information is included in the RFP Documents. The responses will be received at the Administration Office for Goshen Community Schools located at 613 East Purl Street, Goshen, IN 46526 until 10:00 AM local time on April 19, 2013. The RFP is available upon request at the Goshen Administration Office. Bidders may also request documents via phone or email. Send your requests to Jerry Hawkins at jhawkins@goshenschools.org with a subject of “Bid Documents Request” or by calling 574-533-8631. Each participating school corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to negotiate contract terms, and to waive all formalities or any irregularities in bidding when such is deemed to be in their best interest. m27, a3
