NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Triton School Corporation, Marshall/Kosciusko Counties, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of Triton School Corporation at their regular meeting place at the Administration Office, 100 Triton Drive, Bourbon, Indiana, at 7:00 pm on the 11th day of May, 2009, will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. Fund Name: Rainy Day Fund Amount Non-Programmed (60000) $19,200.00 TOTAL for RAINY DAY FUND $19,200.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
