Triton Puts Away Oregon-Davis In 4th Quarter

BOURBON – Triton outscored defending sectional champion Oregon-Davis 12-5 in the fourth quarter to claim a 43-38 season-opening win at the Trojan Trench Wednesday night.
Senior guard Jordan Anderson led Triton with 15 points, and junior Grant Johnson added 12 for the Trojans. The Bobcats’ Aaron Parker led all scorers with 18 points.
Triton returns to action tonight when they host Washington Township at 7:30.

Wednesday in North Manchester
Chase Fierstos led all scorers with 23 points and Manchester got off to a fast start on the way to a 69-56 season-opening win over Mississinewa Wednesday night.
Koehl Fluke and Keelan Norwood were also in double figures for the Squires with 16 and 10 points, respectively. David McAtee added nine for Manchester.
The Squires return to action Saturday night when they host Oak Hill at 7:45 p.m.
