NOTICE The Triton School Corporation hereby gives notice that it intends to sell the following described real estate, to-wit: The east one-half (E1/2) of a street known or to be known as Grant Street in Bourbon, Indiana constituted of 13.5 feet lying west of a fence due east of Lot Numbers 124 and 123 in Thayer's 2nd Addition to the town of Bourbon, Indiana, which real estate lies between Liberty Street and Sunset Drive in Bourbon, Indiana to the abutting landowner(s) for $500.00 if only one abutting landowner elects to purchase their share of such land or $700.00 if both said owners elect to purchase their respective share of such real estate which is cost of the paperwork to effect this transfer. Any party wishing to offer more for the purchase of such real estate must submit that offer in writing to Triton School Corporation at 100 Triton Drive in Bourbon, Indiana within ten (10) days of the last publication of this notice.
