BOURBON - Triton High School will host a freshman orientation for eighth-graders and their parents March 16 starting at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium.Hugh Rettinger, guidance counselor, will discuss high school credits and the new graduation requirements that will affect the eighth-grade class. The scheduling process for high school also will be examined. Indiana's recommended curriculum, Core 40, will be explained along with the Academic Honors and Technical Honors option.
