Trish Hernandez, 59, Warsaw, died at home at 9:10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023.
Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan St., Warsaw, is entrusted with care of Trish and her family. Visitation will be held there on Sunday, Nov. 5 from 1 to 4 p.m. Her life will be celebrated on Monday with service information to follow.
