A tree planting will be on Earth Day April 22 at 10 a.m. It will be east of the structures across from Central Park. Mayor Joe Thallemer will join American Legion Department Commander Ken Hylton, District Commander Ken Wilson, Post Commander Ray Bledsoe and Auxiliary President Connie Shlag to plant a Crimson Maple tree on behalf of veterans in the community.
