Approximately 25 years ago, McKinley Elementary School students planted a Blue Spruce tree in Bixler Park on North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Again this year, the tree is the Salvation Army "Tree of Lights." For more information on the Salvation Army's outreach, call 267-5361. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union
