Donald R. and Mary Trease will marked their 60th wedding anniversary Oct. 5, 2007. Donald R. Trease and Mary M. Miller were married Oct. 5, 1947, in the bride's home in Plymouth with the Rev. V. Leroy Garner officiating.
He retired from United telephone Co. (Embarq) after 37 years. She is a retired registered nurse.
The couple have two children, Donald W. Trease, South Bend, and Mrs. Mauri (Marie) Bordner, Columbia City. They have two children and three great-grandchildren.
The couple celebrated the anniversary with a family party Sept. 30 at the couple's home.
