Editor, Times-Union: I live in a housing addition on the west side of Warsaw. This morning I walked a two-block stretch of the street that borders our home, to pick up trash. I filled a tall kitchen bag by the time I was done. Fast forward three hours and there is already a fast food restaurant bag of trash that has been thrown out of a car window! Come on, people, show a little bit of consideration for the rest of the people that live in your area! Is it asking too much for you to take your trash home and put in your own waste basket? Surely, you know what a waste basket is. Larry McConnell Warsaw, via email
