On July 27, a traffic stop by Warsaw police led to the arrest of Monica Mullins for possession of meth and maintaining a common nuisance. Mullins, 20, of 4749 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, was arrested Friday afternoon and booked into Kosciusko County Jail with a $2,850 bond. According to the probable cause affidavit provided by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, Warsaw police officer Rogelio Navarro pulled over a yellow SUV on Ind. 30 for not using proper signaling. There were three people in the car, including Mullins. The driver, Carrie Finken, and another passenger, Steven Lindsey, have pending cases for dealing meth. Navarro found .8 grams of meth in the car. He then obtained consent to search Mullins’ home. Mullins lived with Lindsey and Finken at 4749 E. CR 100S, Pierceton. Police found multiple precursors in the house, including a one-pot meth lab. Lindsey admitted to police that the meth was his and was producing it. Finken and Mullins both advised that Lindsey provided them with meth.
