NAPPANEE – Tracy Newcomer, 58, Nappanee, died at 5:35 p.m. Nov. 17, 2015, in Elkhart Hospice House. He was born Feb. 26, 1957, in Goshen, to Max and Patricia Replogle Newcomer. On May 22, 1982, at Union Center Church of the Brethren, he married Delores Smith. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Nappanee Missionary Church Chapel, with Pastors Dave Engbrecht and Joe Focht officiating. Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery. Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to services Saturday at the chapel.
