ORDINANCE 2008-7-1 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL STOP INTERSECTION WHEREAS, the Town council of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana, has determined that an additional stop intersection is needed to the Town at a certain street intersection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Town Council of the Town of Winona lake, Indiana, as follows: Section 1. Section numbered 66-74 of the Town Code of the Town of Winona Lake is hereby amended by adding the following described street a stop street to wit; northbound on Kings Court Extended at its intersection with Kings Court; and a stop sign shall be installed at the Northeast corner of King's Court Extended and Kings Court Section 2. Penalty. Any person violating any terms or provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus attorney's fees up to $2,500.00 for each violation, as is provided for by Section 66 of the Town Code of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be full force and effect upon its passage and publication as is required by law.
