NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the Town of Winona Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipal corporation at their regular meeting place at Town Hall, on the 11th day of December, 2023, will consider the following additional appropriations.
EDIT FUND
2216001520.000 – Capital Expense $250,000
TIF FUND
4445001362 – Street Paving $130,000
4445001442 – Capital Expense $610,000

Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners, which board, upon receipt, will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation made within 5 days of receipt of a certified copy of action taken.
